Packaging:
Every piece of jewellery that is packaged with care and love, ready either to give as a gift or to unwrap yourself. I then place your beautifully wrapped jewellery in a plain box to ensure it arrives safely and discreetly.
Shipping and delivery of jewellery from the webshop
In the webshop, I sell jewellery that I have already made. This means I can deliver it quickly, and you will receive the exact piece shown in the photo. You can collect your order from my studio by appointment or I can send it to you. I will send the jewellery by registered and insured post (PostNL). I usually dispatch jewellery purchased in the webshop within two working days. However, it is difficult to predict the total delivery time, as this depends on the postal service.
In the webshop, you can choose from a number of European countries to which I often ship. However, if your country is not listed, I can still ship to you. Please contact me in advance so we can discuss the best way to do this.
Shipping and delivery of jewellery that I have made especially for you:
When I design and create jewellery especially for you, it usually takes a few weeks to arrive. This depends on how busy the studio is and on the complexity of the design. Once you have placed your order, I will be able to give you a more accurate delivery time. Once your jewellery is ready, you can collect it from my studio by appointment, or I can send it to you. This can be done by registered and insured post (PostNL), or by courier (FedEx) for more valuable items.
Shipping outside the European Union
Jewellery from the webshop and bespoke pieces can both be delivered outside the European Union. This is always done by courier (FedEx). Please contact me for details of the options and costs. For shipments outside the EU, VAT (Dutch tax) will not be charged. You are responsible for paying any local taxes and handling charges levied by the courier.
Exchanges:
Items purchased from the webshop can be returned provided they are unworn and undamaged. Please contact me in advance. You can either bring the items to my studio or send them to me at your own expense. You are responsible for the package until I have received it. Once I have received the jewellery and confirmed that it is unworn and undamaged, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping costs.
Items that I make especially for you cannot be returned. However, please contact me so that we can find a solution together.
