GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Atelier Jeanet Kuiper, established in Heemstede, is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under file number 32147241. The web shop sells handmade jewellery of her own design. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders in the web shop.

PRODUCTS

The products in the web shop are illustrated and described as accurately as possible. The dimensions of the handmade products (in millimetres and centimetres) are as accurate as possible but because it is a handmade product, the delivered product may deviate from this. All adjustments in price and product design are reserved and may be made without notice. The products offered meet the stated specifications and reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

ORDER

Upon receipt of a payment, the order will be processed as soon as possible. Payment can be made via iDEAL or by transferring to bank account number NL53 INGB 0004 5533 13 in the name of Atelier Jeanet Kuiper in Heemstede. The ING BIC (Swift) code is INGBNL2A. 

CANCEL

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you should contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. Orders that have already been sent cannot be cancelled.

DELIVERY

The order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Additional costs arising from an incorrectly specified address will be at the customer's expense. Atelier Jeanet Kuiper cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and any delays by the postal services.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time depends on stock and whether the product is custom-made for the customer. Products in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment. For products that are custom-made, or made to personal specifications by agreement, different delivery times apply, which will be notified to the customer upon confirmation.  Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within seven working days using the contact form. After consultation, the shipment can be returned in the original packaging, exactly as you received the jewellery - i.e. unworn and undamaged. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 30 days, the costs of (insured) shipping and return are for your own account.

Please note: Almost all items in the webshop are custom-made. Articles that are custom-made or designed and made in consultation cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that a custom-made item is not entirely to your liking, please contact Jeanet for consultation.
