Jeanet Kuiper has been fascinated by design and creativity ever since she was a child. Her passion for drawing and painting inspired her to study art education. After spending several years in education and holding a few commercial positions, she decided to follow her heart at the turn of the century. She attended the Vakschool Schoonhoven, becoming a certified goldsmith.

Since then, she has run her own studio in Heemstede, near Haarlem. She mainly makes bespoke jewellery, including wedding rings and unique designs created from old gold or heirlooms.

Her work is driven by craftsmanship and the emotional value that jewellery can hold. Jewellery is a very personal item, created through a collaboration between maker and wearer. A new ring can create new memories, while an heirloom in a new form can keep memories alive.

At the Heemstede studio, a variety of services are available, including customisation and the reuse of gold and gemstones. You are welcome to discuss the possibilities. Please contact Jeanet to arrange an appointment.
